Our premises are sanitized and the items packaged carefully in accordance with Covid-19 government guidelines. 

FREE shipping on all orders over $150 in the continental US.

We send all our packages by US Postal Service. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.  

Please note that due to circumstances outside of our control, orders may be delayed due to COVID-19 and enhanced health and safety measures.

We hope you love your SUGAR order however, if you were not perfectly satisfied with your item(s), please return your order within 14 days after purchase. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

The returned item(s) should be unworn and in new condition with the SUGAR garment tag still attached. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before refunds are issued. 

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges however, if you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our return policy.
